It’s easy to see why people fall in love with the Salty Sow. Their motto is “Swine, Wine, and Beer.” The food and service there are a first rate experience. Not mention that in the dead of winter, the outdoor patio is heated, giving customers a truly wonderful experience.
There is ample parking at the Sally Sow, so there is no need to worry about not finding a space. The outdoor patio (besides being heated in the winter and cooled in the summer) is open and airy. You can have a nice glass of champagne while deciding what you want to order. The patio is pet-friendly. And if you’re about at the end of Happy Hour, the servers there will make sure you still get the best prices.
The food is as good as you can imagine, with dishes such as Truffled Deviled Eggs, Crispy Brussel Sprout Leaves, and Slow Cooked Beef Shoulder. American fare through and through. The service is excellent here. Do you have a special accommodation, like wanting the shells of tacos removed (maybe you have a low-carb diet) or needing extra veggies? No problem!
It’s this kind of combination of food and service, and a killer slogan, that gives the Salty Sow it’s top-rank reputation!
