The food here is pretty incredible, and can be classified as a combination of authentic Mexican and some Tex-Mex flavors. Try the mole enchiladas that are filled with chicken and topped with peanut mole sauce and cheese; the shrimp nachos with garlic shrimp, pico de gallo, cheese, and guacamole; the tacos callejeros, which are three corn tortillas that are stuffed with refried beans, your choice of beef, chicken, or fajitas, cabbage lime slaw, fresh cheese, and avocado; the chalupas compuestas with your choice of meat, and refried beans, guac, cabbage lime slaw, and cheese; or the parilla de carnitas de puerco, which are marinated pork tips that are served with grilled onions and peppers, and can be ordered in a size portion for two. Whatever you get though, we’re pretty sure you’ll be pleased with it.

Before you leave Rosario’s, you have to try one of the desserts that everyone here raves about. The churros and chocolate flan are two must haves, and the churros will come served with whipped cream and melted chocolate sauce.
